okay so i’m not the type of person to complain and stuff like that but this sh*t pissed me fr off.
to the person who reported the book “Play pretend” by Marie for “promoting self harm” even though she literally posted MULTIPLE TIMES the trigger warnings THROUGHOUT THE BOOK and is definitely NOT promoting any kind of self harm or anything related to that.
So dear MODERATORS and that “reader” that want this book down, do your research before hand.
To that so called “reader” i hope you get everything you deserve. we re talking here about YEARS of hard work of my dearest friend, sleepless nights, tears, writing and rewriting and i’ll be damned if i let her LIFE S WORK be gone just because you we re that inconsiderate to not read the trigger warnings. If you actually read the book you would know it’s FICTION!!!!!
So please moderators, the book is incredible, it depicts the struggles many teenagers and adults go through and how they overcome it. Her book has helped me feel seen in ways i can’t even explain. So please, don’t take the book down
