          Keith: key (as in room key) th (the literal sound th with your teeth on your tongue)
          Navin: nay (as in day) vin (like bin or pin)
          Mia : me (like those mii's in nintendo) ah (sounds kinda like uhh) 
          Nikolaos : Ni (like knee) co (as in foe) lie (like "I'm going to LIE down") us (as in they are one of US) 
          Ryan: Ry (as in shy) in (like the store IN and out)
