Heyyy a native german here.
Idk if it was your intention on one of your bookcovers but "ikc hab dir lib" is the wrong way of saying "I love you" in german. It's wrong spelled and would be a thing that people in a certain german dialect would say. (Not 100 % sure about the dialect thing but it's definitely not the best way to express yourself in a formal way xD)
"Ich liebe dich" means "I love you" and
"Ich habe dich lieb" means "I am loving you" ;)
