Does anyone know how to get over writers block?:( I was such on a roll , and now I'm stuck advice?

Just got out of the hospital , been there for two weeks had an emergency c section from a tramatic accident but my daughter is home now , anyways writer's block is huge rn any advice?? I like where my fanfiction I going love you ALL ♡ -JASMINE:)

Should I post a part at a time? or the whole story when I'm finished with it?
