I'm retired for some 18+ years now.  I have loved to write all my life.  I would frequently get in trouble in school when I was writing a story about some hero rescuing a damsel in distress or something of that sort.  I did this in Geography class one time and had to read the story in front of the class.  The class clapped for me.  That wasn't the reaction the teacher expected.  I primarily focus on coming-of-age stories, paranormal, retirement, and old stories from the 30s to the 50s that took place in Mississippi.  My grandfather was the source of those stories.  I basically can see any object and write a story about it.  I've been like that my entire life.  It may not be interesting.  But, it will be a story.
