Happy Monday!
          
          Well, for me it is at any rate, seeing as I finished the last round of edits (eh, some random spelling errors might have slipped through all the same) of Aurora Borealis! 
          
          It's a science fiction story about the end of the world, or more accurately the world after the apocalypse. It's focused on friends and family that are trying to navigate this new world, and the different aspects. Aurora Borealis is a short story, of 13 chapters in total, that I wrote this year for Women in Horror month, even if it's less horror heavy than originally planned.

Aaaaand I'm back! 
          
          Hi lovelies, how're y'all doing? It's been forever and a day since I updated anything at all on here, and as you might be able to tell, something things have gone missing (on purpose, no worries) from my stories. The last two years, give or take, I've been working way more than any one person should. I've also been doing writing things, of course! Which is how I ended up in a few anthologies, almost won a few writing contests, and learned how to write a query letter. 
          
          I also, for the first time in my life, completed NaNoWriMo this year. Hell yeah, which was a huge thing for me, considering I'd cursed the damn thing before. I've got short stories galore for y'all, after some editing of course, and some other goodies as well. But for now, know I'm back, and I won't be disappearing anytime soon. 
          
          Keep an eye out for new posts, you never know... There might be something you might enjoy among them!

Hey hi!
          
          After what feels like the longest period of my life where I haven't been able to write, or feel like I've even wanted to write when I've had time to, something finally rattled loose in my head this past week, and the words have just been pouring out of me. Which is why THUNDER MOON got three updates the other day, and another four yesterday. Which is a lot, I know, but I'll be trying to finish up and post as I go. Sometimes that might be three chapters a day, sometimes that might not be anything for a while, but I really do want to get THUNDER MOON finished and posted before Christmas, when work will be crazy for me again.

Hello lovelies!
          So, this summer's been the summer from hell. Right after I felt better from my virus (lots of antibiotics later) my boss called and needed me to work. Six days a week. All. Damn. Summer. And while it's been a great experience and I wouldn't trade it for the world, it's left me creativly drained. I've managed a hundred words here, a hundred words there, but they have often been very bad, or literally just throw away words. And I hate throwing words away! 
          
          Anyway, September's settled into my little part of the world, and inspiration and motivation is creeping back into my bones. I might not come around to update my longer stories for a little while longer, but I have some unpublished shorter stories that I wrote this spring for various non-Wattpad contests, that I would very much like to post and get your reactions on. 
          
          I hope you've all had a wonderful summer, and I look forward to getting back into the swing of things!

          I've also done something insane; I've lined up all the remaining chapters for Thunder Moon in my drafts. That's right, now I just need to fill in the blanks in a few places, and it's off to the races! To my surprise, it came out at 50 chapters, 51 if you include the prologue, lol. I'm really excited, and I'm hoping my muse will come back and play nice so I can get back to regular updates.

Hoppy Easter little bunnies! 
          Okay, so I just wanted to use those words for once in my life. It's been a crazy busy week here, I've been all around the state looking at art exhibits and dropping off packages with flyers for the Easter art tour. Today's my first day off and I thought I'd give you an update!

Hi sweet peas!
          So spring finally arrived in Sweden, only to get all gloomy and rainy today. So what have I been doing? Aside from driving to and from (and to and from) the place that fixed my winshield, I have been editing THUNDER MOON. That's right. We're almost at the Big Day and I'm so excited you guys. And I'm not usually a wedding person!

Hi darlings,
          I hope everyone is staying well out there, there's som cold viruses going around taking names and it doesn't seem to care who it takes down. So this week my THUNDER MOON update was early. Why? Because I'm home sick. Big surprise. All the same I made chicken soup and grilled focaccia so I'm generally a happy duck despite the fever and the lack of voice.
          
          Now, I'll be changing the statuses of AFTER AND AFTERNOON and DIRTY LITTLE HEART to "sporadic updates" since clearly I am horrible and suck at updating. Tbh I haven't had much time to write longer things lately, but they will be updated before the end of March! More than once! Promise (cross my heart!)
          
          Now, the new update for THUNDER MOON is a little less dramatic, and it isn't as long as the last ones. Here's chapter 20 (omg) and please let me know what you think:

Okay Cupcakes, 
          It's Thursday once more. How time does fly! It's been a week of running around, much like a headless chicken, for me. So I am hoping that your weeks were much more peaceful. 
          
          I'd like to take a moment and thank those of you who read, and let me know you like the new updates in some way. It means the world to me!
          
          No, on to the update! Chapter 19 of THUNDER MOON was posted a few minutes ago, and in it we get to enjoy a rehearsal dinner, a peek at the people like Shay's future in-laws, even while it's raining cats and dogs (or maybe wolves in this case?).
