Hey,
I wasn’t able to say this before, but feel better, okay? Whatever you’re carrying right now, I know it’s not easy handling it alone and quietly.
Don’t keep everything buried. Let it out somehow… even if no one hears it. Write it down, cry it out, read, sit with it, then slowly let it go. Make room in your mind and heart for better days.
I may be just a stranger, but I hope this helps a little. You’re not alone.
