          On December 31 and January 1 put a yellow star on your left wrist to honor all those who commit suicide because of depression. 
          If you see anyone who is upset tell them an inspirational quote and make sure they know someone is there for them. 
          You can post pictures of your stars on any social media site using #fallenstars to dedicate it to anyone you knew who commit suicide.
