I worked in healthcare for 16 years and I currently work from home taking care of my disabled mother.  I also work per diem as an online tutor for various English and writing subjects.  I have always loved reading and writing but I struggle with the follow through to turn an idea into a full length novel.  I'm working on this issue and hope to someday finish my book. I write young adult fantasy and science fiction.
Aside from this, I have 14 amazing nieces and nephews and the goofiest dog I have ever met.  I love to go out with my friends, play with my dog, listen to music, watch movies, and I dabble in photography.  I also enjoy baking and I am hooked on the baking shows on the Food Network.
