At midnight, I was waiting for Nick to give my birthday wishes. Instead, I heard the doorbell. Smiling, I ran to open it. Only to find Nick and Tyler crashing through the door.
"WHAT THE HELL?!" I screamed. They both came inside fighting. Tres and I tried pulling them apart.
Tyler shoved off Nick and glared at me. "You HIRED him to beat me up?! I was admitted in hospital for fucking sake.
My head spun. "WHAT?! Nick... did you beat him up?" Nick looked at me and shouted, "YES! I did it." "WHY?! Does it hurt when I hurt the guy YOU love?!" Nick snapped.
"What?! Nick, what are you even saying?"
"I heard you! I heard you tell Tres you like Tyler!" I gawked. Then…... I laughed with an angry tone. "Oh my god. Look at you. Drunk. Acting like a madman. Punching people.

He was breathing heavily, eyes searching mine. "If you had waited two more seconds," you would have heard tres correcting her sentences and saying that I like you, that "I LIKE NICK".
Nick froze. His world shifted.
