I think to myself, what would do well to be written in this box? What would reflect my strange personality, my eccentricities? How can I convey my adoration for history, particularly the 18th and 19th centuries? How I admire the legend Charles Dickens so greatly? Would it be acceptable to relate of my wildish emotions, my ambitions to be a journalist/writer? Is it a relevant thing to talk of the beauty of nature, the 'umbling awe in which it bestows in me, or how even the foulest, smoggiest and downright unpleasantries of the cities spark an inspiration? Would it intrigue the people to know how each and every person I meet could later appear in my works, their character firmly imprinted upon my scatter-brained memory? Should I apologise in advance for my ever loosening grasp on the English grammar, or the occasional newly-invented word? Would anyone really care?
I wonder how should display myself to the world... and then I realise.
