h e l l o ‧₊˚⊹ its jiǔ ˙✧˖° an aspiring author and a writer wannabe! my pen name is basically just my whole identity mixed into one word ── ✦ the jiu (jiǔ) comes from the chinese translation of the first syllable of my real name, and wraites is just a creative way to say "writes." i put a rai (pronunciation of rye) in the middle of it because "rye/rai" has been my alter name and online identity since day one. 


and putting them together felt like the perfect way to connect my real self with the online persona i've built over the years ‧₊˚✧ which makes it the perfect name to sign at the end of my stories.
