Taehyung’s respect for Jungkook is at the heart of their bond, and Jungkook’s behavior comes from the weight of his own struggles. Yes, he will open up to Taehyung, and his backstory will be revealed in about two chapters… though it’s going to be a bit angsty  Are you ready for it? Hehe
