MY STAR

I was gazing stars at the sky,
When tears were falling from mine,
I silently questioned myself why,
But his memories were flashing in my mind.

His smile can ease all of my pain,
I love him and I want him to do the same,
But there's a girl who makes him insane,
It hurts but there's no one to be blame.

I've wanted to walk with him in the aisle,
But I know from the very start ,
That he won't and I can't help but smile,
Despite knowing that it breaks my heart.

All I want is to reach for my STAR,
But how can I do that if he is too FAR.
