J.M. Payer is an indie author and cartoonist that has been amusing friends and family for almost two decades but only recently began publishing to a wider audience.  A ten year veteran of the U.S. Navy and a father, he's been all around the world and experienced a wide breadth of culture and arts.  His goal is to create art that promotes positivity and makes the world a slightly better, more amusing, and unpredictable place.
