Beneath His Loyalty

Ok, I finally found the completed book on Kindle. It was short, at times all over the place but the emotions it pulled out were over the top. There was not happy ending or something sweet and perfect, it was REAL. I cried and it left me feeling raw.

I hated the author’s style of writing at the end but the story felt real and experienced/lived.

I kept seeing a lot of posts hyped on Facebook about this book, so I decided to read. I have to say from the start I struggled just to stay awake during the first several chapters. I’m sadden to say I loss that battle and fell asleep. When I woke I debated on continuing but ultimately decided to forge ahead.

I like the werewolf twist with the heart transplant but there was just so much going on, the story evolved so fast and it had so many characters with unique traits, my head started spinning try to keep who’s who straight. I finished the book but was disappointed and a little let down. It was just ok and I am definitely not interested in the next book.

I enjoyed it more because it was different. It was a new point of view on how things started. It held my attention throughout. As it was just get good, it ended. I searched endlessly for the next book to continue, but no luck.

          Hoping for a continuation soon.
