Then read your own book like you where the reader all over again and then write. Ok I'm sorry about that sh!t going on with your parents but the only reason that happened was because you let it! Your f*cking 18 you could have done what you wanted! I'm sorry that I'm not feeling bad for you and giving you pity, but I'm not because pity is for losers and your not a loser you need someone to tell to get on your feet. So get your azz up and write or atleast take down your story if you're not going to write anymore because why are you going to put other people in misery or just keep them there waiting for something to happen or for someone to update when you know thats never going to happen so just take it down or get your sorry butt up and right and stop making excuses for yourself!
