retired medically from healthcare field, enjoy writing, reading, music, arts and crafts such as crocheting, knitting, sewing, baking and cooking. married and have 3 grands raising with 2 dogs that keep us busy. I always daydreamed while in school, still getting good grades for spelling, then went home and wrote these down hoping some day these stories could be written in a book. I'm always on the look out for a good book to read. Hopefully all who sees these short stories will like them. remembering the bear who kept my homework away from me when I was in 7th grade causing me to jump clear of a 6 foot fence to get home, this really happened even my dad had seen the bear and notified the Oklahoma forestry department to come and relocate this animal. My English teacher was shocked to see them come to her class and ask for me so I could personally take them to the site where my home work was placed under the edge of a huge extended flat rock that I had been sitting on. They set the trap, later removing the animal in the trap to another location away from our small town.
