Just a theory but terus eyes looked kinda different in chapter.72 so I guess he was possessed by hanako which would explain his clothes and overexcitment .
          When nene was possessed by hanako her eyes changed too. 
          +he walked out since hanako(in terus body) couldn't stand it to see her cry.
          Terus eyes didn't looked like his usual once and like I said looked like hanakos‍♀️
