But the first and foremost requirement for the same is a true and effective football coach. This is especially true at the lower levels of the game, where the coaches mostly have their passion for the game, and not the money, which provides them impetus to coach football to the team in the most efficient way. But unfortunately, doing the job and loving it are two very different things.
