What does New Adult genre mean on here?

Should I bring Hannah back in Little Women vs. Werewolves for my editing? 
          
          For those who don't know who that is, Hannah is the maid or servant to the March Family who cared for the girls and cooked for them too. I have a feeling that I have to include Hannah in the story but re edit everything also to make room for her
