Mr. Mastrando opened his own independent addiction recovery program, Clean Days Sober Nights, after four years of working under the mentorship of a respected sobriety counselor. The recovery house pioneered the concept of combining addiction treatment with mental health services. Mr. Mastrando has been running Clean Days Sober Nights for over ten years. He gained a lot of experience while running the recovery program and uses many of the skills he learned in his current position.
