How do you reply to a really long paragraph that can't be answered?

I noticed I have anger issues lol so
          Story time:
          Last Friday I had gotten back from working with my uncle around 6 pm and i had a message waiting for me from my ex, let's call her 'a'.
          A told me she wanted to have a relationship with me again and i was extremely angry with her already because she pesters me with it all the time. 
          So as a stress and anger relief I went to my drums.
          I was drumming and recording myself doing a cover and i ended up smashing one of my drum heads open. 
          I was hitting it so hard
          I b r o k e it. 
          My BRAND NEW SET.
          I was so mad at myself lol
