My name is Joshua Atherton, and I enjoy writing science fiction, romance and horror. I take inspiration for my stories from video games and tv shows. My favorite video games are The Last of Us, Horizon Zero Dawn, Days Gone and all of the games that belong to the Zelda franchise, collectively. My favorite TV shows are Orange is the New Black, The Walking Dead, Sense 8, The Dragon Prince, and American Horror Story. My main goal for my writing is to create narratives that inspire the discussion of important and relevant topics in modern society, along with empowering minorities through valuable representation in my stories.
