Hi! It is explained it the story but I can see why you might have missed it. Basically, because of the way it happened, she is unable to help. If a body part is missing, she can’t put it back in.

Hi guys! I know it's been a while, and I am so sorry. Winter break starts soon, so my plan is to start writing more. The next chapter of Sapphire Princess is almost done, so that should be up within the week.
