Just came back from America for the first time, my family and I went for the day and here's my observations:
• Dunkin donuts iced coffee is worse than Timmy's iced coffee, and that's saying something
• America has a few tims but they're quite different
• Wendy's burgers taste weird and the fries are extremely salty
• there are no loonies or toonies, all the bills are green, and the money is paper. Canadian money is plasticy/waterproof and has like clear and holographic parts that show images when in the light and all the different bills have different colors and really cool designs, go look it up
• all the gas stations have booze????
• the people were nice but some talked kinda funny
• a small drink is a medium and a medium is huge
• they have a lot of restaurants like a LOT
• there are American flags EVERYWHERE
• they have the sparkling water brand bubbly in plastic bottles instead of cans
• at Wendy's you can get raspberry sprite and it doesn't taste like raspberry or sprite
• most big box stores logos/signs are literally just words in some generic font in bold
• Dunkin donuts donuts are really good but like why would I want a Dunkin donut pool float??? Wtf
I was only there for about 12 hours.
