The reason I rate people's books is that it gives them an encouragement to continue writing and pursue their dreams. 

I've seen many people give up on writing their books and stop writing because nobody sees their books or care about it at all. Most wattpaders read extremely popular books and leave the unpopular ones to nothing. 

Wattpad is a community, a place where people can share their works. The amount of work it takes to rate many books is actually very hard and difficult. But eventually it pays of, seeing the joy and fruits after actually reading their books:)
