CrazJungkook

Thank you for reaching out for help. Some people unfortunately struggle with doing so. But it's a brave thing to do, no matter how you look at it.

If it is any consolation, I struggle with my life at times, not to go into details. May I suggest getting a pet? I have a dog and she is my soul and heart dog. Going out for walks with music are also great. It may work for some but not all. Not everyone has the capability to have a pet in their lives due to housing, money or not liking animals, which is fair.
Maybe baking? I don't know, go big or go home and make cinnamon swirls.

You're more than welcome to talk to me and/or ignore my advice. I can't count how many times I've ignored perfectly good advice given by trusted people because I didn't believe it would help me or I thought it was useless to try and sort myself.

I firmly believe it's all about baby steps, if you take one big step back, at least you tried to go forward. That is what matters in the end.

I am an online stranger who knows nothing about you but do not mistake my words as lies because I mean every word of them.

@CrazJungkook yeah, I'm trying my best, thank you :)

I would love a cat, but my mom is very allergic so it's not the best option unfortunately. That's why Sailor has a cat tbh

@jujuam Always. Being kind to yourself always helps, you may slip with this but thats also fine.
As long as you're sleeping, eating and hydrating yourself, you will break and you most certain will not bow down to your thoughts. It takes a lot of will power to do this.
You could also get a cat, if you like them. They're less maintenance than a dog in that regard. They can be left for more hours.
You're doing so well and I'm so so proud of you. 🥰💜

@CrazJungkook thank you so much, you are so kind.

A pet would be awesome but I work a fucking lot, like I'm usually gone 12 hours a day, so I don't think that'd be fair to a dog. Maybe I should get a hamster.

I'll try to remember the thing about the baby steps. I get so impatient with myself and I need to start being a bit nicer I think. Thank you for pointing that out.

I saw your message on the mb and i wanna say that we are here for you . Talk it out with someone. A therapist or a friend. You can always find a therapist online too . My heart goes to you and im sorry for what happened and we are always here to listen . Its okay to cry and miss them and writing can also help but its not doing so as you said . So take a break , its okay to do so . Spend more time in nature, a walk in the garden or jogging in the morning and evenings. There are no words that can fix this and it makes complete sense that you’re hurting so deeply right now . Please dont feel the need to reply to this , i just wanted to leave a comment to remind you that you’re not alone. Ik reading and replying and writing can take a lot of energy right now . If you ever feel the need to type things out , my inbox is always open .no pressure at all . Take all the time you need to grieve and be with your loved ones right now. Have you ever tried journaling tho? Or a hike or painting? You should try it .
          Take care 🤍

@Bottomsideup those sound like so much fun, thank you, I think I'll try yoga first, that seems like something easy to get into. Again, thanks for your input, your respect is very much intact, don't worry about that 🤞

@bottomsidedown idk which ideas to hit u with so I'm shooting everything I've got on me . SOME DOPE SIDE QUESTS: cooking , when I say you'll burn your hands but the outcome is tasty , you'll thank the stove . Orrrr baking ! Honestly? I prefer baking , coz you can always try new shitz . Making bucket lists , nothing crazy but still , it gives you time to think MORE deeply bout watchu want . Do some artsy stuff . Buy a word search book - my cousin has it and I'm lowky jealous. How bout pottery ? Yk swimming and yoga can also be very helpful for mental health and exercising/moving your body tires you , so you get a good sleep at night . Go for a picnic or omg , grow some plants . It's so funn. Get some flowers and do some gardening. Skin care 🤤, I make squishies , not the professional kinda one but the kind "wtv works , works" .

            How to sleep peacefully;
Herbal tea , it works good , you need to lessen your caffeine intake tho if you consume any . Drink water instead . Moving your body like HELICOPTER can help too ( exercising yk) . Meditation, try it . It's sooo boring that you'll instantly fall asleep . Make a fix schedule for waking and sleeping, initially it doesn't matter how much you sleep but timing does . Wake and sleep at the same time . NOOO SCREENS BEFORE BED AYEEE . My mum beats my ass when she catches me .

Hi,

I hope I’m not overstepping any boundaries. You posted on KingOfBothSides, and I just wanted to check on you here.

Since you said your usual coping things aren’t helping, maybe don’t put pressure on yourself to find the perfect thing right now. Please try not to be alone with this if you can — call or stay with someone you trust, even if you don’t feel like talking much. Don’t worry about writing or getting anything done tonight. Just make things as quiet and easy on yourself as possible: dim the lights, lie somewhere comfortable, put your phone down for a while, and let your body rest without putting pressure on yourself to fall asleep.

And because you haven’t slept since Tuesday, please consider reaching out to a doctor or urgent care too. That much sleep loss can make everything feel even heavier. And please don’t drive if you’re exhausted.

We’re here if you want to talk, vent, or just get things off your chest. 🫂❤️
