Well... I missed the deadline I had set for that webcomic I'd mentioned I was making. (Big surprise, haha!) BUT it should be up and running very soon if you are interested in checking it out. I will post the link here when it goes live. :)

          Hello, friend!
          
          As you can see, I did NOT get a new short story up here on Wattpad during 2020... (I think a lot of people's plans shifted last year, honestly, so I'm not beating myself up about it.)
          
          While I won't make any promises about doing so THIS year either, I would LIKE to try to write something new and share it here with you (if you are still interested, hehe).
          
          However, I have been experimenting more with comic-style storytelling lately, and less with prose; I have published a short story webcomic on the Webtoon platform online this past autumn, and am currently focused on getting my longer form webcomic up and running there also!
          
          If you enjoy comics as well as prose, and would like to check out my work there, my short story is called "the Monster Under the Bed" by sketchbookface (my username there). I am aiming to launch my longer webcomic sometime next month (March), but it will be a slightly different style and a little older age group than the short story.

          Sorry I have been even less active here on Wattpad than usual this past year! I have a really old phone, and it and the new updates that Wattpad made to their app, ESPECIALLY the video ads that play between chapters, have really not played nicely together. :(
          
          That being said, I definitely am planning on bringing you at least one new short story sometime during 2020, and I will try to read some of your stories as well, though it won't be as much as I would like to!

Hello! Just letting you know, reading friend, that I'm still alive, even though I haven't been very active here on Wattpad. I hope to get one more short story done this year yet, but I can't make any promises. I am very sorry... :)

I FINALLY have a new short story up!
          
          It's only a drabble (100 words) but I worked really hard on it and did more revising and editing than I have done with most of my previous published works here on Wattpad. Also it kind of came out more like poetry than prose, but... I hope you like it, and I will try to write another story before the end of the year.  :)
