Yeah it’s great! I’m really excited to see what brings her to being remarked as a darkness and then saying she has a courage. I love that first paragraph especially though since I listen to a lot of crime podcasts and it’s always “feel bad for the kid but not the adult” meaning like you can feel bad for the innocent kid that went through the trauma but it doesn’t excuse their later actions. Ya know? But that’s long winded to yes I liked it lol
