Hello! So I read your story and you seem to be exercising but not losing? So I have another way for you Breakfast: blended fruits and vegetables so it's a smoothie no milk added just water Lunch: something small try avoid bread and meat Dinner: now you can either have a decent size dinner or have a smoothie and a snack. I myself have lost 8 pounds in 5 days with this and I still get a biscuit a day, it's mainly plant based and I'm in the process of being vegetarian! Just advice btw I'm 14 start weight 145 current 137 and in just 5 days I try walk at least 8,000 steps a day as exercise
