i'm sorry that's happening to her. I left the fandom years ago so i'm not interested in 1D fanfics anymore. But tell her that everyone has to start from somewhere and that at first she may not get so many reads but if she keeps going and improvig her writing, she will get the reads she wants. I'm sure others would read if you reach out to them.
