@BlingnSparkles this is supposed to be a real lottery so technically speaking all the girls could be from one province- srry if I wasn't clear on that!  

Hey Lilliput I have a question - in "The Prime"  Deirdre and Marlene both make it into the Selection.  If only one girl from each province is chosen - How did they both make it in.  (sorry if this is explained in the story I sometimes skim and end up missing those little details)
