I’ve been thinking about this a lot over the past couple months:
I don’t know if you realize how much you actually read. I’m reading a famous book of Tracob one shots at the moment and some of the stories are over 60k words. 60k words is a 250 page novel. Sure some people see it as a waste of time, but investing yourself in your favourite character/actor/musician can be more of a rewarding experience than reading a 250 page novel on something you don’t find very interesting.
It just puts things in perspective. I hope someone finds this inspiring for someone who feels like they are wasting their time.
