We all go through hard times and we all think that it's never going to get better... but reading your stories and writing mine have helped me realise there is a bigger world, amazing imagination and a wider community of amazing people. We should look at ourselves and be proud we survived that day, yesterday and today rather than wondering why the people or events hurt us so badly.
