Thank you to my fantastic family for their feedback. It seems not everyone likes open endings. I have added an epilogue to The Early Flight for closure.

Well I have just finished my first ever published short story. It was great fun! I know the ending will not be everyone's cup of tea, but sometimes I like not knowing where the road ends. Any feedback, good, bad, otherwise to help me improve are most welcome. JV
