J.W. Holmes is a U.S. veteran, former businessman, broadcaster, producer, and author of the Holy Moon trilogy, the Paul Hawkinson mystery series, and the sci-fi series, The Nordic. He is the former CEO of a FOX News radio affiliate. As a producer, he produced and hosted for a local ESPN program among several other independent shows. He is also a former assistant minister.

Holmes has worked in broadcasting for over 20 years, in both radio and television. He has worked as everything from production assistant to executive producer, but mostly as a producer. Notable shows he has worked on include ESPN Local Sports Break, FOX News Radio, and Travel Channel's "Ghost Adventures".
