Hey everyone,
Like the prodigal son, I’ve found my way back. Honestly, I don’t feel like I even deserve to return after disappearing, but here I am. Life has been rough, and for some reason I thought abandoning the things I love would make it easier. Spoiler: it didn’t.
I know some of you were disappointed, maybe even hurt, when I stopped updating, and you were right to feel that way. I let down the people who were truly loyal to me, and the guilt of that has weighed on me more than I can explain. I’ve spent so many nights thinking about how I walked away from something that was mine, something that felt like home.
What I’ve realized is this: life will always get tough, but giving up the things we love only makes us lose ourselves. Writing is my safe place. Books are my anchor. No matter what happens, they’re where I belong.
So, I’m here again, not perfect, not unscarred, but hopeful. I’m truly sorry for leaving, and I can only ask for another chance, even if it’s just from a few of you, to make things right.
