Hey lovelies,
          	
          	I know it's been quite some time since I've been on here properly...three years to be exact but ya girl just graduated with the highest (1st class!!!!!!!!!) honours from the top creative writing programme in Europe, possibly the world. The past three years have been a whirlwind and I'm sad I had to shelf Wattpad to focus on my degree. Needless to say I now have a lot of time to write and that's what I plan on doing. My plans are to become a publisher and eventually publish my own work. Who knows, you might see my name in your local bookshop one day...(gotta dream big right ahaha?) 
          	
          	I won't ever forget that you all gave me the confidence to follow my dreams and take action. My entire heart lies with you all.
          	
          	I'm not sure what lies in store for me this summer but I'm going to think long and hard about what I want to do with this space here. But more importantly, reply to this with how YOU'VE been. I want to know everything!

Anyone have book/film recommendations with a vibe or characters similar to  Listening to Lucas? I was reading it way back in 2018 and didn't quite get to finish it as a lot of stuff came up around that time. I remembered it earlier this year and found out it's been unpublished for a while now. It was really sad to learn because I took a lot of comfort in the characters at that time and related a lot to Lucas' escapism and feelings of alienation as well as Sam's deep frustration herself and everything. It had sort of a "two of us against the world" kind of thing. Anyways, I'm not really counting on the author to get back to it any time soon so I thought it might be good to check out some other stuff that might be a bit similar. Thanks to everyone in advance!
