go to the story whichever chpter you want to vote for to your left theirs a bar that shows the amount of votes click the orange button that says vote

@kaella thank you i figured it out hey i kinda got another stupid question how can you vote for other ppl i dont know how to vote for them 

@_livy_lou_ go to your story groups each story group can be modified. Its sort of like each group is a differernt story and each part you upload is a chapter. so what you want to do is create a group, then click modify and it'll show you the upload page from there, you just add your story.
