What are some qualities or tropes in female leads that you absolutely hate to read about in books? Are there any specific behaviors, personality traits, or storylines that make you roll your eyes or want to put the book down?

@sidralore I hate to admit this but used to adore female leads who were damsel in disguise, always at the mercy of their love interest, always emotionally weak and the behaviour I hate the most is female leads who put their self respect down in order to acquire male attention

@sidralore I hate when in epilogue females leads are expecting and have a specific gender preference of a boy I hate that why is it always a son not a daughter and it is always on desi stories not you of course that is one of the things I love about your stories.

I'm looking for some great South Asian novels on Wattpad! It's been a while since I read anything there, and I’m excited to get back into it. If you’re a new author and feel your book deserves an audience, let me know—I’d love to check it out. Whether your story is ongoing or completed, I’m open to anything new!

@sidralore hey, i hope you are doing well. I am an author and I'd be really glad if you'd be able to take out some of your precious time and give my stories a try. Thank you ʘ‿ʘ

@sidralore hello!
            Not an author but I know two books that are good.
            Ishq echoes of unspoken love by faiza (It's Asian)
            And
            Unsealed Fate by halishar... This is soo good: slow paced but the emotions and reality shown in the book are worth reading for.( It's not South Asian tho)
            Both are ongoing books.

Hey readers! Quick question for you:

           Do you prefer stories written in third-person POV (narrator telling the story) or first-person POV (directly from the character's perspective)? Let me know your thoughts!

@sidralore both are ok as far as the story is good

          Synopsis:

          ❛❛A feudal lord and a courtesan. ❞

          ❛❛Within the pages of this book, you will encounter the Nawab, a man of immense wealth and influence. He possesses a profound understanding of power dynamics, skillfully maneuvering the social hierarchy with his riches. One fateful evening, amidst the gentle radiance of the chandeliers, the Nawab's attention is captivated by Dil Aynoor, a tawaeef of extraordinary talent and beauty. Her mere presence disrupts the court's tranquility, her voice resonating through the air like the graceful melody of a nightingale.
