midnight thought: i hope everyone is checking up on themselves too, not just on other people.
sometimes, we get so used to surviving, distracting ourselves, or acting okay that we forget to ask our own hearts if they’re still doing fine. so if things have been heavy lately, i hope you’re allowing yourself to rest too. hindi mo kailangang dalhin lahat mag-isa just because sanay ka nang kayanin.
drink water. breathe a little slower. get some sleep if you can. and if your heart has been hurting quietly these past few days, i hope you remember that healing doesn’t always have to be loud or immediate. sometimes, surviving the day is already enough.
and please, be kinder—not only to others, but also to yourself. you deserve the same gentleness you keep giving away.
