@kairasuno a lot of people are since they don't  read that much tagalog works aka don't  really care much of philippine literature. so i suggest you go binge some nice pieces. it bothers me that a lot of my college classmates were like this, too. it's  like, we're more comfortable under a foreign skin than our own.
