The Law of the Wolf
A woman sits on a chair between her twins’ beds. A boy and a girl watch in anticipation as it was time for their bedtime story.
Mother: "Pay attention kids, this is the part of the story that is really important."
The mother opens an ancient book, and begins reading from it. A lone woman with a long hair that resembles the woman is shown standing under the full moon.
Mother: "Now this is the Law of the Jungle, as old and as true as the sky. The wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die."
She flips the page, and a man with a long pony tail has joined the woman and they are facing off against hordes of monsters.
Mother: "As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk, the law run forward and back;"
On the next page, the same man and woman, but with different looks, are now fighting dragons and otherworldly monsters that look more menacingly than before.
Mother: "For the strength of the pack is the wolf,"
The woman is shown cutting a large dragon and the man summoned lightening bolts that vaporized the demon army behind it.
Mother "And the strength of the wolf..."
In the final page, a five-headed dragon with a new army of demons is meeting the man and woman head on.
The woman looks her kids in the eyes and her bright golden gaze imbues excitement in the twins as they pull their sheets near their mouths.
Velvet: "Is the pack."
