Rant abt genshin
          (what i dislike)
          
          dislyte>>>>genshin
          dislyte just has more representation than genshin does
          atp genshin barely had any dark skinned characters, the only main dark skinned characters are dehya, xinyan, kaeya, and sumeru enemies
          literally 2/40+ characters (playable as of rn)
          are dark skinned
          and notice how there are no plus sized characters.......
          dislyte offers more variety of characters both plus sized and more different colors of skin
          dislyte actually puts effort into bringing representation to all those around meanwhile genshin doesn't
          genshin didnt even get some cultural clothes right (ahem sumeru..... tighnari.................... AHEM..)
          though dislyte has a boring storyline, the characters are flawless
          the amount of personality they each have is wonderful
          genshin is perfectly fine when it comes to personality
          but definitely not representation for all body types, cultural clothing (some, not all), and skin tones
          if natlan becomes a region with ALL white skintones
          i swear to god i will actually lose my sanity
          if you're going to make a region based off of a real life ethnicity/state/continent actually make it accurate instead of estimations
          do your research hoyoverse
          not everyone has to be white
          and before you come at me saying 'oh well, there are some light skinned people!'

          but when you make almost EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER WHITE that's
          thats fucked up bro :skull:
          there is no representation whatsoever
          although the scenery is gorgeous, the amount of dark skinned or plus sized character is extremely saddening

            chinese censorship is whack man. they were up hoyo's ass about keaya and xinyan, and part of the reason why they're keeping info about dehya to a minimum is because of the govt. waiting till they get to their new hq in indonesia (i think it's there, i mate be wrong-)
            still, i wouldn't hold out too much hope considering there's a few things (like the grown man saying he's in love with flora, a child) that they promised would be fixed and changed but haven't yet
            no problem!! i totally understand the anger at hoyo for this but it's not entirely their fault, and this is also information a lot of people tend to ignore even if they know it

            yeahh true, i can understand why they did that for kusanali which i do somewhat appreciate, but i had no idea that chinese censorship took place in the matter tbh
            i really do wish that the government would actually allow representation
            its all just a bit wonky for my liking but i can understand that theyre at least trying to bring some rep

            the only sumerian character you can sort of explain why she's white is kusanali, since she's based off the hindu goddess whose skin glows white as the moon, the other ones are lacking, i wish there was more representation
            but the other thing, and this isn't meant it be seen as defending hoyo, is that chinese censorship doesn't really allow poc representation. keaya and xinyan almost got the game taken down by the government, so it's hard for them to do it. but they are moving headquarters and have promised more rep when they finish the move, but idk if they'll even keep that promise since they've promised to fix a lot of things but haven't, which is absolute ass
            i fr only play this game still because they keep making hot characters ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
