“todoroki!” umi called, waving a hand cheerfully. “iii made you something.. i- it’s a carving! of, uhm- an animal-“ she felt her face flush. “it’s a crow..” she mumbled. “because- you remind me of a crow!” she cleared her throat. “i didn’t have a lot of time to work on it, aha..”
she stopped a few paces in front of him, hand outstretched with the tiny carving. her face was slightly red, whether it be due to exertion due to the running, or her sheepishness. “you didn’t have to, silly! i made it for you because we’re friends!” she shook her head furiously. “i’m so so so so glad you like it!” she cried. “i would’ve added more detail.. but i didn’t want to mess up what i already had..” she chuckled.
