I'VE GOTTEN A MILLION IDEAS WHILE I'VE BEEN AWAY BUT I CAN'T WRITE ON THE WATTPAD PHONE WEBSITE SO IT'S REALLY PAINFUL

Well I was able to come on sooner than I thought but I forgot what I wanted to say-

Is it possible to write chapters on the website? I can't use the app

          I'm sure all of you are getting real tired of everything changing but really I am too-
          Basically, there might be short periods of time where I am able to be online, but they will rarely ever happen, and when they do, they'll probably only be core around 15-30 minutes... I'd be lucky to be able to get one one shot out every few months. The only reason I'm able to do this is because I'm on my dad's internet, which doesn't have stupid monitoring software.
