thank you to everyone who’s been so supportive and understanding of my insane writing process/updates since my dad passed.
i think one of the reasons ive been so focused on writing Afterglow is because I know my dad watched Cobra Kai originally (way before i ever did) & it just makes me feel like I can be closer to him since he did pass by watching something I know he enjoyed.
@heyitsdrew_ thank you! it’s tough for sure, especially with all of my fics (literally i think) are so focused on father/daughter relationships so it makes it slightly harder to keep a consistent schedule bc i lowkey cry way more than i should while writing normal scenes
@kammywp I can’t even begin to imagine what you’re going through, but I think it is really cool that you’ve been able to use writing as a way to feel closer to your dad <3 Hope you are doing well :)
chapter 12 is out now!!
Been in a bit of a writing slump since last chapter, but I’ve got one more scene to write for chapter 12 of Afterglow & then it’ll be published— i’m hoping for tonight.
my nephews leave for the summer tomorrow which will also give me SO much more free time until i get another job so i will be working towards updating consistently twice a week (probably monday & friday)
Chapter 11 of Afterglow is offcially published. Only nine days after it was promised. I'M SORRY!
But, I babysit all weekend, so I don't want to say new chapter, but MAYBE!

I don’t know when i’ll work on them again, but i’m going to be focusing more on Mockingbird (9-1-1), Afterglow (Cobra Kai) & State of Grace (9-1-1, Lonestar) & hoping to come back to at least one of my walking dead fics by the end of August
sorry i lied, i am way too tired to keep writing, but i will try to finish the chapter tomorrow morning before i leave for my plans!
BYEEE i still haven’t finished it i was going to upload it tonight but decided to finish reading my book instead & now it’s too late to be awake
new chapter of afterglow out in hopefully an hour
busy day tomorrow though so i probably won’t post last chapter of season 1 until monday! or very late tomorrow night.
