hiii i just wanted to say that i just read speak softly, love and it was SOOOO good! even with the ending turning out like it did, it is still definitely one of the best and my favorites i have ever read! 

I will try to work on Chapter 5 today and publish it. I'm in the middle of editing the first four chapters with Grammarly because I finally got it to work.

Chapter Five: Carl and Markus [SNIPPET]
          
              “He didn't take us to the station. Just before we left, he said he was going to take us." She mumbled, confusion overtaking her, and turned to her guardian. "Why, Kara? Why did he change his mind?"
          
               The woman merely smiled and grabbed placed her palm on her hand, squeezing lightly.
          
               "Maybe, he does have a heart, after all."

Case No. 243. [Chapter Five] - Carl and Markus. Just begun the draft. Anticipated on August 16th-20th, 2019. Hopefully. Expected word count to be 2000+ (There will be ALOT of content in this chapter since it is purely based on my ideas since Connor and Hank did not actually investigate Markus and Carl’s case).
