If it's true, some of it is embellished. Still, I find some of it to be inspirational. Once when I was 17 I was hospitalized for some character conflicts between myself and parents. I tried being cooperative with the staff, but they just took away all my rights and put me on some very unpleasant drugs. So... I decided to play a similar role. The most effective aspect of the "possessed" role, was the malicious he said/she said stuff. Conflicts were created between staff, one nurse quit and there was a sort of patient resistance. And then unwanted attention started trickling in from the outside, so the doctors discharged or transferred us all. In most U.S. facilities this would not be possible, and at that location I doubt it would still be possible.
